I've been going to Kelly-anne every 3 weeks for over a year! I can honestly say i wouldn't go anywhere else! every set of nails are beautiful and the nail art is out of this world! She is an amazing, kind and caring Lady. Give her an idea and she will make sure you get exactly what you would like. To me Kelly-anne is not just my Nail Tech but my Therapist and very good Friend! xx

I regularly use the sunbed at illusions. The staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly. The salon has a great atmosphere. They sell a range of sunbed creams which is great! Their sunbed is by far the best sunbed I’ve used. It has additional face tanners and Bluetooth so you can listen to your own music. After using the sun bed I always feel more relaxed. I do 12 minutes each session and I really unwind which makes me feel so good afterwards. The sunbed is always kept clean.<br /> In the room they offer eye coverings and goggles to protect your eyes. They have hairnets, makeup wipes and deodorant too which is really handy! I’ve been using the sunbed for a couple of months now. I began using the sunbed as I was fed up of wearing fake tan and I feel more confident in myself when I am tanned. Using a sunbed also boots vitamin D production and uplifts mood, this is another reason I use it. I have noticed my skin is better and I feel much more confident in myself with a tan. Couldn’t recommend illusions enough, amazing salon!

just wanted to pop a 5 star review on for lucy today absolutely fantastic service! I get quite anxious when having some treatments done but lucy has gone above and beyond to reassure me and checked in after for a couple of days to see how I was healing and feeling.. not to mention I've now got some luscious beautifully shaped lips that I'm very happy with

Went for a well need colour and cut with Hayley today. I suffer with anxiety and when i turned up I was a wreck inside but Hayley made me feel so comfortable calm and chatted the whole way through I left feeling so much better and my hair is beautiful!! I’m looking forward to going back next time. Thank you so much
